How can I purchase tickets for Amis Day Club 17?
Pulse Phase kicks off on the 16th of October until the 27th of October - During this time, Day Clubbers can only purchase tickets on Paypulse Exclusively. Thereafter tickets will also be available via Webtickets.

What is the age restriction for attending the event?
Amis Day Club is a strictly over 18 event and as such, no one under that age may be granted entry to the event.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?
No. However there's a bar that will be serving a wide array of drinks and food vendors that will be serving delicious munchies.

Is there a dress code for Amis Day Club?

Are there any designated parking areas available?
Yes there is ample parking for everyone.

Will there be ATM facilities or card payment options on-site?
We are striving to be a cashless event, so there aren't any ATMs on site, we encourage the use of Pay Pulse and swiping machines are available should Day Clubbers need additional payment options.

Can I bring my camera or take photos/video during the event?
Unfortunately cameras are not allowed, we have dedicated photographers and videographers at the event.

What happens in case of bad weather or event cancellation?
In case of bad weather or event cancellation, Amis Day Club has contingency plans in place to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees. If inclement weather conditions pose a risk to the event or attendees, organizers will closely monitor the situation and make informed decisions regarding any necessary changes or rescheduling
In the event of cancellation, we will communicate the updates through official channels such as the event website, social media platforms, and email notifications. Information regarding ticket refunds or alternative arrangements, if applicable, will be provided to ticket holders. The priority is to prioritize the safety and best interests of everyone involved, while striving to minimize any inconvenience caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Understanding Ticket Refundability
Tickets to Amis Day Club, both Paypulse and tickets purchased via Webtickets or any other outlets are strictly non refundable. Refunds can only be issued in special cases that would be communicated via our pages. By purchasing a ticket, Day Clubbers understand the above-stated and agree to forefeit any claims to a refund for an already bought ticket.
Please take note that we are not accountable in the case of a lost ticket, digital and physical.

What time does the invite curfew end?
Invite curfew is indicated on the invites sent out to the recipients.

What happens if I show up after the curfew?
The invite becomes void and person will have to pay the door fee.

I arrived before the curfew but because the line was too long and the curfew ended before I could get in, what happens next ?
This is a problem we have faced a lot during previous editions but we have found a solution. Invite holders will have their own queue at the gate to make sure there’s smooth and efficient passage into the venue

Can I apply for a food or beverage stall?
At this moment we aren’t availing stalls of any kind. Should there be any changes in the future we will communicate this via our social media pages and website.
